Making its debut at FHA 2026, FutureFWD brought together a 4-day conference and technology showcase, where industry leaders explored emerging trends, gained insights from expert speakers and experienced innovative solutions transforming the sector. From AI and automation to robotics and smart operations, FutureFWD served as the meeting place for learning, discovery and collaboration.
Building on the success of its inaugural edition, FutureFWD returns in 2027 with even more opportunities to explore the technologies shaping the future of hospitality, retail, and foodservice manufacturing and processing.

Andrew Cameron is the Founder & CEO of Enzyme Consulting, a Singapore-based advisory firm specialising in regenerative food systems, AgriFoodTech, and sustainable hospitality across Asia Pacific. A recognised systems integrator, he works across the full value chain — from production and procurement to supply chains, operations, and guest experience — helping operators, investors, and start-ups turn complexity into opportunity.
With two decades of experience in procurement, supply chain strategy, and hospitality innovation, Andrew has supported HotelTech and CleanTech market entry, advised global operators on Scope 3 emissions and waste reduction, and partnered with innovators shaping the next wave of food and beverage technologies. He previously led Accor’s global transition away from single-use plastics, established the group’s Southeast Asia Procurement Department, and directed the beverage program for the Michelin-starred Burnt Ends Group.
Winner of the AustCham Start-Up of the Year Award (2023), a Judge for the CapitaLand Sustainability X Challenge, and a nominee for Global Procurement Leader of the Year, Andrew is also a frequent lecturer and speaker on how sustainability creates business value. His approach is pragmatic, inclusive, and experience-centric, balancing nature-based solutions with high-tech innovation to help food and hospitality businesses thrive in a fast-evolving landscape.

Han Wei Chew
- A 30 over years hotel IT professional who is passionate about changing hotel technology landscape to meet the needs and trends of tomorrow’s travellers.
- Started my career in hotels at Front Desk and had worked in many departments, like housekeeping, room service, lounge bar, finance and etc.
- Worked in IT for the past 20 years.
- Serving as the President of HITAS (Hospitality Information Technology Association of Singapore) which was co-founded by me and current excom in 2015.

With 30 years of experience leading global businesses and digital teams, Ivan brings deep expertise in international markets, digital strategy, and risk governance. He has extensive experience in growth markets, gained through 16 years of operating businesses while based in China, Japan, the US, Indonesia, and Thailand.
Currently Chief Technology Officer at CDL, Ivan was President of Strategic Business at Pactera, where he grew international markets for one of China’s largest services companies for its NASDAQ IPO, and Asia Managing Director of ServiceNow, where he established its Greater China and ASEAN businesses.
A Senior Accredited Director, Ivan serves on the boards of digital companies, the Singapore Institute of Directors, Singapore IT Management Association, and as an advisor to national institutions like EDB Investments, National University of Singapore, Temasek Polytechnic, and Gardens by the Bay. In 2018, he was conferred the NUS Outstanding Alumni Award.

In this role, he leads the Group’s Digital & Technology agenda, strengthening its hospitality management platform, advancing digital architecture, data capability and systems integration, and defining how technology and AI can create genuine positive impact for Banyan’s associates, hotel guests, local communities and the planet.
A Singapore-based executive with 25+ years in technology across Europe and Asia, Khang’s career has been built at the intersection of large-scale transformation and responsible innovation. He spent twelve years at voyages-sncf.com, an Expedia–SNCF joint venture and one of Europe’s largest online travel platforms, before moving to Singapore in 2016. At Accor, one of the world’s largest hospitality groups, he served as APAC Chief Information Officer and then Group Chief Technology Architect, leading landmark cloud transformations and enterprise architecture programmes across the group.
Beyond his executive roles, Khang chairs the Robotics Taskforce within the Singapore Hotel Association’s Hotel Innovation Committee, champions the Singapore Tourism Board’s T-Cube innovation workgroup, and serves on the Board of the International French School of Singapore. He is also the founder of The Way Forward, a leadership and mentoring platform for technology executives navigating the AI era.
A regular voice at international forums, Khang brings both practitioner depth and strategic clarity to the conversations that matter most in hospitality technology today.
Two convictions animate everything he does: that education shapes the next generation, and that responsible technology, purposefully designed and ethically deployed, should improve businesses, society and the planet.
