Contest Mechanics
1. Opt-in
FHA 2026 Exhibitors must complete the opt-in process via Form 6 in OEM
2. Submit Company Logo
Submit company logo to confirm participation
3. Receive Unique Invite Link
A unique invitation link will be sent to the contact person’s mailbox within 5 – 7 business days.
4. Share & Refer
Share your unique link with your network and invite relevant trade visitors to register.
- “Relevant Trade Visitors” (as defined by the Organiser’s registration criteria) will be accepted for each conversion (the “Referral”). Each visitor profile constitutes a single unique count.
- Referrals are tracked exclusively via the unique sharing link. No other links or manual registration lists will be credited toward the count.
- In an event that a visitor receives invitations from multiple exhibitors, the referral will be credited to the exhibitor whose link was used for the first successful registration.
Contest Prizes
Category 1: 18SQM Booth Space
Eligibility: 20 Referrals and above
Category 2: 12SQM Booth Space
Eligibility: 10 - 19 Referrals
Category 3: 9SQM Booth Space
Eligibility: 5 - 9 Referrals
Prize Collection
- Winners will be notified via email and on-site following the draw on 24 April 2026.
- The complimentary booth space is applicable only to FHA 2027. The prize value will be applied as an credit against the 2027 booking, regardless of any existing booth contracted.
- By accepting the prize, winners consent to participate in photography and promotional activities coordinated by the FHA Team.
- The winners list will be published on the official FHA website by 15 May 2026.

Terms & Conditions for OEM Form 6: Refer & Win Your FHA 2027 Booth Advantage Lucky Draw
The following terms and conditions apply to the OEM Form 6: Refer & Win Your FHA 2027 Booth Advantage Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”) organised by Singapore Exhibition Services Pte. Ltd. (the “Organiser”). These rules apply in addition to any specific terms identified on the Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA) 2026 Online Exhibitor Manual (OEM).
In the event of any conflict, the terms posted on the FHA webpage shall prevail.
- The Lucky Draw is open exclusively to exhibitors of Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA) 2026 with a valid OEM account.
- By participating, exhibitors consent to the use of company and contact information for the purposes of the Lucky Draw in accordance with the Informa’s Privacy Policy.
- Only one (1) entry is permitted per exhibiting company. Any participant found to be tampering with the registration process or creating fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.
- The draw will be conducted by an auditor to ensure transparency and fairness
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or credit in part or in full. Prizes must be used as an offset for FHA 2027 booth space as specified.
- Should a winner be uncontactable or fail to meet the eligibility criteria at the time of the draw, the Organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner or forfeit the prize at its sole discretion.
- The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, hardware or software failure, or any other reasons beyond the Organiser’s control.
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Lucky Draw, or to remove any submission deemed inappropriate or non-compliant with these terms.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Participants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
