Is the event open to the public?
No. FHA is a trade-only event strictly for professionals working in the food & beverage and hospitality industries.
The event is not open to the public or individuals under the age of 18.
When and where will the event be held at?
FHA 2026 will take place from 21-24 April 2026 at the Singapore EXPO.

How do I get to the Venue?
By Taxi /Private-Hire Car
Drop-off points are available at the Singapore EXPO at Foyer 2 or Foyer 1 (next to MAX Atria)
By Train
Singapore EXPO is accessible via two MRT Lines − East-West (Green) Line and Downtown (Blue) Line.
You may travel by either lines and alight at the Expo MRT Station (CG1/DT35), which is located nearest to Foyer 2.
Driving
Limited paid parking is available at the Singapore EXPO.
Entrance to the Singapore EXPO Carpark A-H is located at Expo Drive, off Upper Changi Road East.

Are there any Admission Guidelines?
Yes. All attendees are required to comply with the event’s admission policies.
Please refer to our Admission Policy for more information.
Can I visit the event on multiple days?
Yes. Your visitor pass grants you access to all four days of the event.
Is there a Dress Code for the event?
Yes. Business attire and covered shoes are mandatory. Attendees who do not comply with the dress code will be denied entry.

Are the Seminars, Competitions, and Live Demonstrations free to attend?
Yes. Your visitor pass gives you free access to all event highlights − including seminars, culinary competitions, and workshops across all four days.
What should I do in case of an emergency during the event?
Follow instructions from the venue staff and security. Evacuation plans will be displayed throughout the event halls to guide you to safety.
How can I register to attend the event?
Registration is now open! Eligible trade professionals can register through the following options:
- Online: Register here for FREE until 20 April 2026, 6 PM (GMT +8).
- On-site: Registration is available at the venue for SGD 100.
Please note that FHA is a trade-only event for professionals. Individuals under 18 or the general public cannot attend. There will be no direct sales during the event.

I’ve registered but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you don’t see your confirmation email, check your Spam or Junk folder. To make sure you don’t miss future updates, please whitelist our domain:

How to add us to your safe sender list:

After whitelisting, you can trigger your confirmation email by logging into your account and going to “Get More Tickets” and “Send Notification.” You can also search for “Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA)” to find any emails you may have missed.

How do I make a group registration or add more participants?
To register additional attendees, follow these steps:
- Register for the event here.
- Log in to your account and go to Get More Tickets.

- Select Add Attendees.

- Enter the details for each participant.
- Proceed to checkout to confirm and secure their tickets

- Make the updates to your information.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.

What is required for entry to the event halls?
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please follow this checklist:
- Register for the event here.
- Print your badge in advance for express entry.
- Apply for a visa and request for a Letter of Invitation here (if required).
- Book your flights and accommodation.
- Download the Official Event App (available soon).

A lecturer or facilitator must submit the request on behalf of the students. They are to follow these steps:
- Register as a visitor here
- Complete this form
- Under Nature of Enquiry, select Student Visit.
- Enter your enquiry in the text box provided.
- Click submit, and our team will reach out to you shortly.

What is the Online Exhibitor Manual (OEM)?
The Online Exhibitor Manual (OEM) serves as a comprehensive, one-stop platform where exhibitors can manage all aspects of their event participation, including ancillary services for booth planning, submission of marketing materials, and access to important event updates and documents.
Each exhibitor will receive their unique login credentials to access the OEM upon confirmation of their event participation.
Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their information updated in the OEM to maximise their visibility at the event.
Are there any advertising or sponsorship packages available?
Yes, FHA offers an exciting range of advertising and sponsorship opportunities to help boost your brand’s presence before and during the event. Options include both digital and on-site platforms, as well as exclusive, customisable packages like the Country of Honour programme.

How can I request a letter of Invitation for my Singapore Visa application?
Once your registration for FHA has been approved, you may request a Letter of Invitation to support your Singapore Visa application.
To request a Letter of Invitation:
- Email [email protected] with the subject line: “Request for Letter of Invitation to FHA 2026.”
- Include the following details in your email:
- Full Name (as per passport)
- Passport/Travel Document Number
- Nationality
- Job Title
- Company Name
- Company Address
- City
- Country/Region
- Telephone Number
- Fax Number (if applicable)
- Email Address
- Scanned copy of your business card
- Scanned copy of your passport
- Copy of your event registration confirmation
- Country of Departure
Important Notes:
- Your request will only be processed once all required information and documents are received.
- Please ensure the accuracy of all details to avoid delays.
- A Letter of Invitation does not guarantee visa approval.
- We strongly advise checking with your local Singaporean embassy or consulate for the latest visa requirements.

What services will I be entitled to as a registered member of the media?
As a registered member of the media, the following services will be made available to you:
- Regular event updates
- Access to the Media Centre, which includes:
1. On-site media registration and badge collection
2. Media kits, event information, and competition results
3. Press workstations with internet access
4. Official event photography
5. Assistance in arranging interviews with exhibitors and officials
6. Complimentary refreshments throughout the day
What areas of access does the media badge offer?
Media badge holders will have access to the FHA exhibition halls, event highlights, and associated competitions.
I am keen to cover the event. How do I obtain a media badge?
Online media registration will open at a later date. In the meantime, please reach out to our Media Team at [email protected] for any enquiries.
Media badges are issued exclusively to editorial professionals from registered media organisations and accredited industry analysts. Eligibility is subject to verification by the event organiser.
Editorial roles include editors, journalists, producers, correspondents, bloggers, analysts, and accredited camera or video crew. Freelancers must provide proof of assignment from a recognised media outlet.
Please note: Non-editorial staff – such as those in sales, marketing, PR, or management roles – do not qualify for media accreditation. The event organiser reserves the right to grant or deny media access at its discretion.
