Young Chefs Grand Prix将于 2026年 4 月 21 日至 24 日在新加坡博览中心举行。
入学及资格
Young Chefs Grand Prix欢迎来自新加坡及世界各地的16至25岁（截至2026年4月1日）参赛者。为确保全球代表性，每个国家/地区的第一支参赛队伍将获得优先报名权，每个国家/地区最多可派出六支队伍。
团队挑战赛中，每队必须由三名[03]年轻厨师和一名[01]团队经理组成。其中一名厨师将被指定为团队负责人。参赛厨师必须符合以下条件之一：目前就职于餐饮机构；近期毕业于烹饪专业（毕业不超过[01]年，且拥有至少六[06]个月的行业经验）；或目前就读于认可的烹饪教育课程的烹饪专业学生。团队经理只能在菜单制定阶段提供建议，比赛期间不得参与烹饪。
竞赛概况
Young Chefs Grand Prix由两个主要部分组成：团队挑战赛和技能与创新挑战赛，每个部分都旨在测试不同的烹饪能力。
