Gourmet Team Challenge

Open to teams from hotels, restaurants, culinary institutions, airlines or catering establishments, this challenge requires all teams to prepare a themed buffet of their choice for 30 diners within the given guidelines. The winning team will be awarded based on criteria such as materials used, mise-en-place, hygiene, presentation/innovation and taste & texture.
