Singapore Tours

Enjoy the following tours in Singapore!

The mixing of Malay, Chinese and Indian (and other) cultures has resulted in some unique developments over the short span of Singapore’s history. One of these developments is the food culture, which is often identified by locals as an important trait and symbol of Singapore.

Discover Singapore’s unique food culture by visiting culturally-rich local markets in Little India and Chinatown. While at Chinatown, participants will also do a “Religious Harmony” walking tour which also shows how Singapore is a melting pot of cultures that influences our “cuisine”.

Following this, see how Singapore’s food culture is also evolving with technological advancement with a visit to ‘Roost’, a local-brand restaurant specializing in our National Dish – Chicken Rice – that is a champion of the high-tech culinary revolution. It features the world’s first patented automated poultry cooking machine, called iKook, that’s able to fully automate the meat-cooking process. Participants will also get to enjoy a scrumptious meal of Chicken Rice and Asian Fusion delights, with hands-on activity such as rolling chicken rice balls, DIY lettuce wraps with chicken and condiments.
