Storage Charges at Singapore Expo / Suntec Singapore

Storage Charge

SGD 15 per piece (till 6pm daily)

Baggage unclaimed after 6pm will be stored overnight outside Singapore Expo / Suntec Singapore and will be charged additionally.

  • 24 – 26 Apr (Day 1 to Day 3): SGD 40 per piece per overnight (till 10am next day)
    • Collection at left luggage service counter where it was deposited on the next day
  • 27 Apr (Day 4): SGD 75 per piece per overnight
    • Baggage will be returned to customer’s hotel by 12pm next day.
      OR
      Baggage will be returned to customer at airport next day near check-in counter.
Overnight Storage

SGD 40 per piece per overnight (till 10am next day)

Cost includes 2-way transport from exhibition venue to Porter Xpress’ storage place.

Surcharge for overweight (>22kg) or oversize (>28″) SGD 10 per piece

Luggage Delivery from Singapore Expo / Suntec Singapore to Hotel

Surcharge for overweight (>22Kg) and oversize (>28″) SGD 10 per piece

Baggage must be dropped off at Singapore Expo / Suntec Singapore before 2pm. Bags will arrive at hotel concierge by 8pm.

Luggage Delivery from Singapore Expo / Suntec Singapore to Airport

Additional bag SGD 15
Surcharge for overweight (>22Kg) and oversize (>28″) SGD 10 per piece
  • Baggage must be dropped off at Expo counter before 2pm.
  • Baggage will be returned near airport check-in counter at customer’s specified time but only after 8pm
  • For delivery and return of baggage to airport after 10pm, there will be a surcharge of SGD 15 to SGD 40, depending on return time. Delivery service ends with meeting and returning baggage to customer near airport check-in counter.

All charges indicated above are nett.

Terms & Conditions

  • Do not leave cash, expensive or expensive items in baggage for storage/delivery.
  • Service provider will not be accountable for loss of items in baggage.
  • Baggage items may be inspected by relevant authority. Do not lock baggage.
  • Any incorrect information provided resulting in additional service will incur extra charges.
