1. I want to visit the exhibition. How do I register for it?

Before Show Days - You may register online at http://www.foodnhotelasia.com/pre-reg.asp before 14 April 2008. Your registration will be processed and if successful, you will receive a confirmation email within 10 working days. Simply bring a printed copy of your confirmation email to the Visitor Registration area (located at Halls 1 and 7) at Singapore Expo during show days to collect your visitor badge.

During Show Days (22 - 25 April 2008) - You can obtain a visitor ticket at the Visitor Registration area at the Singapore Expo. Fill out the ticket completely and present it to the Visitor Registration counter together with your business/name card, to obtain your visitor badge. Kindly note that you will need to pay SGD80 should you obtain a visitor ticket during the show days.

2. What are the opening hours for FHA2008?

The opening hours are:

• 22 – 24 April 2008 (Tuesday – Thursday):
10.00am – 6.00pm
• 25 April 2008 (Friday) :
10.00am – 4.00pm

Visitor registration will stop 30 min before the closing time during all four days of the exhibition.

3. Is there any entrance fee payable to visit the exhibition?

Trade visitors who do not hold complimentary tickets or pre-registration letters will have to pay an admission fee of SGD80 to visit the exhibition.

4. Are there attire restrictions to visit FHA2008?

All visitors must be in proper business attire. Those in shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers or sports sandals will not be allowed entry. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to visitors who are not appropriately dressed.

5. I registered online for the FHA2008 exhibition and did not get a reply after 10 working days. How can I check on the status of my online pre-registration?

Email to nt@sesallworld.com, with the subject: Status of Online Pre-Registration for FHA2008, highlighting the name, company and job title used to register online so that we can check on the status of your online pre-registration for the exhibition. We will send a reply to you within 3 working days.

6. I have received the confirmation email of my online pre-registration and I noticed that the registered contact details are incorrect. How can I inform the Organiser to amend the contact details?

Email to nt@sesallworld.com, with the subject: Amendment of Contact Details, highlighting your full name and the confirmation number that is stated in the confirmation email so that we can update your contact details. We will send the revised confirmation email to you within 3 working days.

7. I forgot my pre-registration confirmation number / deleted or misplaced the confirmation email. Do I have to pre-register online again?

You do not have to pre-register online again. Email to nt@sesallworld.com, with the subject: Re-send Pre-registration Confirmation Email, highlighting the name, company and job title used to register online .We will re-send the confirmation email to you within 3 working days.

8. I will like to be kept updated on FHA2008. How do I subscribe to be on your mailing list to receive brochures on the exhibition and eNewsletters for free?

Please go to: http://www.foodnhotelasia.com/mailinglist.asp and submit all your contact details to join our mailing list.

9. How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?

Email to cl@sesallworld.com with the subject: Remove me from FHA2008 mailing list, and include your full name (i.e. first name and surname), company, job title, full mailing address, country and email address in your email.

10. How can I contact FHA2008 exhibitors?

You can make use of the Online Business Matching Programme (Online BMP) website which is an interactive platform that showcases exhibitors' profile, products and services. Go to the Online BMP website and register as a user for free. As a registered user, you can utilise this free online business matching service to search for a specific exhibitor, or exhibitors belonging to a certain product categories, and send emails directly to the exhibitors to request for more information or schedule an appointment time. 11. I would need assistance in arranging hotel accommodation for my visit to FHA2008. Do you have a list of Official Hotels?

12. I am not staying at an Official Hotel in Singapore. Can I board the complimentary shuttle buses that travel between the Official Hotels in Singapore and Singapore Expo?

Priority to board the complimentary shuttle buses will be given to in-house guests staying at the Official Hotels. If you are not an in-house guest, you can take the local train (MRT) to Expo Station, or a taxi to Singapore Expo to attend the exhibition. Click here for directions to venue.

13. I need to apply for a Visa to enter Singapore for FHA2008. I have been told by the Singapore Mission nearest to me that I need to a Letter of Introduction from the Organiser. Who do I contact to obtain this Letter of Introduction?

Email to nt@sesallworld.com with subject: Request for Letter of Introduction, and provide your full name (as in passport), passport/travel document number, nationality, job title, company, company address, city, country, telephone number, fax number and email address. We will also require you to fax a photocopy of your business card and passport to fax number: +65 6272 2689, addressed to FHA2008 Organiser. We will fax you a copy of your Letter of Introduction within 3 working days before sending the original copy by mail to you. The Organiser does not process further requests for Letters of Introduction from 14 April 2008.
