FHA Culinary Challenge 2016

FHA Culinary ChallengeTouted by the international community as one of the most prestigious culinary competition in Asia, the biennial FHA Culinary Challenge is expected to attract over 800 talented chefs from around the region to compete in its 2016 edition. Many more will converge to witness the spectacle of international culinary talents taking to the arena to compete for the top honours.

The Individual Challenge segment will present a total of 15 classes where chefs will go one-on-one to showcase their culinary talents and innovative creations. At the group segments, namely the Gourmet Team Challenge and Dream Team Challenge, teams will not only demonstrate their culinary know-hows, but are also required to display effective teamwork to vie for the top spots. In addition, a new segment featuring innovative display of thematic high tea will be added to the competition.
