Watch the Dream Teams in action – a waiter, a bartender and a chef show off their F&B skills when they serve their guests. 15 classes in the Individual Challenge make for excitement in the kitchens, where competing chefs have only 60 minutes to whip up a winning dish, ice and pumpkin carvers provide excitement, while plated and pastry displays are breathtakingly beautiful.
FHA Imperial Challenge to Feature the Best from the Chinese Culinary World!
Chinese culinary action at its best – watch teams ‘wok’ their way to battle it out and produce a delectable meal for the judges and guests. This ‘live’ competition will have talented teams from China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan cook up a storm in this ‘survival of the fittest’ battle. Awards will be given to the ‘FHA2008 Imperial Challenge Champion Team’ as well as ‘Best Imperial Chef’.
Admission guidelines: All visitors must be in proper business attire. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to those deemed inappropriately dressed e.g. in shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers or sports sandals. Admission is restricted to trade professionals only. General public and minors below the age of 16 will not be admitted. Visitors who do not pre-register or do not hold complimentary tickets will have to pay an admission fee of SGD80.
