Founded in 2006 by Valrhona and Ravifriut in partnership with Singapore Exhibition Services, the Asian Pastry Cup is also the official pre-selection platform to the World Pastry cup in Lyon, France. Top pastry chefs from across Asia will be gathering and representing their country or region to vie for the top honours at the Asian Pastry Cup 2012. In addition to being evaluated by a panel of judges from every participating country, the chefs will also be competing under the watchful eyes of a 'live' audience.
