| Scope |
| This is 1-day course covers the practical issues related to
implementing a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in your
organisation. This course carries credit points towards the
Continuous Personnel Development Program. As a pre-requisite,
all delegates registering for this course should have an understanding
of HACCP and Quality Management System. |

| Guy Kurkjian, upon completing his Post Graduate
studies, has been practising internationally as an auditor,
consultant and advisor on various programs and projects including;
World Bank funding projects, Department of Trade and the National
Vocational Qualification council and the ISO T34 WG8. His 30
years of practical approach to management have been applied
in many industry sectors. He has developed and delivered numerous
training programs. He has developed the Food Safety Management
scheme - the ‘Food Care Award’ incorporating HACCP
techniques which are widely adopted in the food businesses worldwide.
